This past Friday, Jacob and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary. We went down memory lane by bringing out the old wedding album - wow, we were young! Remembering meeting at UGA, our med school years in Augusta, residency in Birmingham and finally to fellowship here in Charleston. We even found mementos of the night Jacob proposed to me in Athens. We've had some amazing trips Europe and Africa and a lot of fun US adventures as well.
But what is most important in celebrating our decade together is the three children we have. I am incredibly thankful to God for who and what he has blessed us with. I cannot wait to see what He has in store for us during this next chapter in Birmingham - in just over a month!
